STAN RODSKI, PEAK PERFORMANCE NEUROSCIENTIST, COACH & AUTHOR
Stan Rodski is a highly respected scientist and authority on how best to deal with brain performance in high stress situations using innovative brain management techniques.

A cognitive neuroscientist, Stan has a degree in Psychology and a doctorate in Bio-Science. He previously practised as a registered Psychologist for over 30 years. Most recently he has worked as the Chief Neuroscientist for The Think Group and Peak Performance Neuroscientist in the Neuropod Project at Xavier College (Melbourne).
His work has led to him working across Australia and internationally developing innovative technologies and programs for individuals (Brain Coaching), Peak Performance Sport Teams (AFL, NRL), primary, secondary and tertiary schools and companies listed in the worldâs top 500 looking for creative Brain-Based initiatives to facilitate corporate success.
Dr Rodski’s research interest is in integrated digital neurosciences including computational neurosciences utilizing
Artificial Intelligence. He also consults in areas such as âSleep Deprivationâ, âBrain Fatigue and Congestionâ and âEnergy Revitalisation and Management to Harness Stressâ.
He introduced the brain-science-based âColouration Methodâ to stress management for adults and children. His work using Colouring-in techniques led to his best-selling books. Anti-Stress, Brain-Science and Modern Meditation were featured in Oprah Winfreyâs 2016 Christmas wish-list.
In 2019, Harper Collins published Dr Rodskiâs latest book â The Neuroscience of Mindfulnessâ which is currently being published in Spanish and German.
In addition to his writing & speaking, Dr Rodski teaches extensively around the world. Currently, he teaches in universities across Australia on behalf of Bupa Wellness, in the area of âBetter Sleepâ.
