STAN RODSKI, PEAK PERFORMANCE NEUROSCIENTIST, COACH & AUTHOR

Stan Rodski is a highly respected scientist and authority on how best to deal with brain performance in high stress situations using innovative brain management techniques.

The considerable pressures of our new digital world are changing our brain and changing our reactions at the personal, family and work-life levels with significant impacts on our health.

A cognitive neuroscientist, Stan has a degree in Psychology and a doctorate in Bio-Science. He previously practised as a registered Psychologist for over 30 years. Most recently he has worked as the Chief Neuroscientist for The Think Group and Peak Performance Neuroscientist in the Neuropod Project at Xavier College (Melbourne).

His work has led to him working across Australia and internationally developing innovative technologies and programs for individuals (Brain Coaching), Peak Performance Sport Teams (AFL, NRL), primary, secondary and tertiary schools and companies listed in the world’s top 500 looking for creative Brain-Based initiatives to facilitate corporate success.

Dr Rodski’s research interest is in integrated digital neurosciences including computational neurosciences utilizing
Artificial Intelligence. He also consults in areas such as ‘Sleep Deprivation’, ‘Brain Fatigue and Congestion’ and ‘Energy Revitalisation and Management to Harness Stress’.

He introduced the brain-science-based ‘Colouration Method’ to stress management for adults and children. His work using Colouring-in techniques led to his best-selling books. Anti-Stress, Brain-Science and Modern Meditation were featured in Oprah Winfrey’s 2016 Christmas wish-list.

In 2019, Harper Collins published Dr Rodski’s latest book ‘ The Neuroscience of Mindfulness’ which is currently being published in Spanish and German.

In addition to his writing & speaking, Dr Rodski teaches extensively around the world. Currently, he teaches in universities across Australia on behalf of Bupa Wellness, in the area of ‘Better Sleep’.
