What is Immersive Self Hypnosis?

How does it work?

Step 2: You put on your ear phones and listen to the Immersive Self Hypnosis Therapy you have chosen for the next 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 3: You repeat Step 1 and Step 2 until you achieve your personal change needs.
