How do I take a Brain-SPA ? 

Brain-SPA is totally customized to your personal needs each time it is used.

Step 1: When we take a brain-SPA we need to check the temperature of the water first ( Your brain activity levels).

To use Brain-SPA you will need your phone. By putting your finger over the camera lens for 40 seconds we will get your current Brain Circadian Wave. This will tell us the best 10, 20 or 30 minute Brain-SPA setting for YOU to revitalise.

Step 2: Now put on your headphones and turn on the Brain-SPA to the setting provided. With your eyes closed let your brain receive a refreshing spritzer for the next 10, 20 or 30 minutes.
